This easy and quick dark and white chocolate bark are great for Valentine’s Day or any other day you want to celebrate love ❤️. Love to your husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend, family, friends, or yourself! You cannot miss with this lovely, colorful bark. I topped mine with unsweetened coconut and unsweetened dried cherries. You can top yours with anything you like from fruit to nuts to candy and sprinkles. I wanted to keep mine on the healthier side but still a complete treat!

Chocolate

I used 70% dark chocolate because white chocolate is very sweet. For example, using milk chocolate would make it too sweet. Semi-sweet, however, would work if you are not a fan of dark chocolate.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and then separate the dark and white chocolate into two separate bowls.

First, melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler and set to the side. Next, melt the white chocolate the same way and add two drops of red food coloring. Stir well to evenly mix in the color. Add more or if you want a darker shade of pink or even red. Pour the dark chocolate on the parchment and spread evenly with a silicone spatula or butter knife.

Once you’ve spread the dark chocolate add the now pink chocolate with a spoon to different areas of the dark chocolate and swirl to create a design using the spatula or butter knife. There isn’t one way to do this so have fun making your own abstract pattern. Next, add the coconut and dried fruit or whatever toppings you have chosen.
